I purchased this Verpan style shell chandelier for a luxury apartment renovation here in Barcelona. As an interior buyer, I am always looking for that “high-end” look without overspending the whole budget, and this Nordic wind chime design really hit the mark. The natural pearl shell pieces have a beautiful iridescent quality that looks much better in person than in the website photos.
The delivery was surprisingly fast to Spain, though the box was a little bit crushed on one corner—luckily, the shells were wrapped very carefully inside so nothing was cracked. One thing I should mention to other buyers… it is quite long. I had to adjust the hanging height because it was almost hitting the dining table, but once we fixed that, it looks very elegant.
The way the shells tinkle when there is a breeze from the window is very relaxing, like a soft wind chime. It’s not just a lamp, it’s like a piece of art. My client is very happy with the “retro” feeling it gives to the dining room. I will definitely keep this supplier in my list for future residential proyects. Only small problem was some extra dust on the shells, but a quick wipe with a cloth fixed it.
Recomended for sure if you want that luxury hotel vibe at home!
